意大利批盪材料 TERRA STONE | |||||||||
Avoid applying in only the same direction, otherwise application lines will emerge. TerraStone is not a fair-faced plaster or filler, nor is it an undercoat or a paint. TerraStone's particular appearance is achieved through the material itself, not through special techniques when applying to the wall. First apply a roughly even coat of terrastone. If desired, the surface can subsequently (after approx. 20 minutes at a room temperature of 15-20℃) be smoothed out some more with the smoothing trowel. Do you want a stronger colour shading? Then we recommended that you dampen the smoothing trowel with water when you subsequently work the plaster. The rubbing to and fro with water washes out the pigment and shadings appear. (NOTE: do not add too much water, otherwise drips will emerge that can later be seen as light-coloured lines). Avoid rubbing for too long, otherwise the TerraStone will lose its properties. The layer should be adequately thick. TerraStone should not be crushed like a fair-faced plaster or a filler. In general, enough TerraStone should be completely mixed for one wall; first measure it out dry and then stir the quantity to be worked in one work procedure by hand. Note: always use the same dosage of water. TerraStone is a simple product that requires no reworking. It is recommended in any event to carry out a test, particulary before you start on large surfaces. Only in this way can you define the final colour and effects. Application thickness Between 1-3 mm. However, it is possible to patch irregularities and cracks of 10-15 mm with this plaster before the first application. Workability The plaster mixed with water can be worked at a room temperature of 20℃ for approx. 30 minutes. Higher temperatures shorten this working time, lower temperatures prolong it. TerraStone should not be worked at temperatures under + 5℃ or over + 30℃. The temperature of the wall must be at least + 5℃. After mixing, no additional water should be added. Dirty tools are to be cleaned with water immediately after use. |
